REAPER can be a potent but sensible Windows application that enables you to document, prepare, edit, and render multi-track waveform audio. It offers an extensive set of capabilities, but can be a very little and lightweight application (the installer is much less than 1 megabyte, and includes a large number of effects and a sample undertaking). REAPER supports ASIO, Kernel Streaming, WaveOut, and DirectSound for playback and recording. It reads WAV, OGG, and MP3 files, and data WAV files.
