Mr. Olympia - the most significant international competition for bodybuilding, conducted under the auspices of the International Federation of bodybuilders (English International Federaion of BodyBuilders, IFBB). The contest was organized by Joe Weider in order to help the winners of the Mr. Universe to continue training, and earn money. The first contest took place on September 18, 1965 in New Yorke.V 2009 contest Mr. Olympia held in Las Vegas, from 25 to 28 September. Russia will be represented by Sergei Shelestov. Jay Cutler was the first in the history of Olympia bodybuilder, having regained the title after a defeat.
